Return & Exchange Policy
At Gens Nes Fatigues, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below:
Returns
• Returns are available within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• All hand-tags, packaging, and labels must remain fully attached.
• Returns must be handed back at the time of delivery or collected by the courier within the 48-hour window.
• Items that arrive damaged, stained, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
• Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns: unused, unwashed, unworn, original packaging and tags fully attached.
Courier & Fees
• Courier fees for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer, unless:
• The item received is wrong, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
In these cases, the exchange or return will be processed free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original packaging.
• Items returned after the allowed time window.
• Accessories and scarves are only eligible for exchange if unopened and in original condition.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp within the return/exchange period.
2. Provide your order number, name, and item details.
3. Our team will arrange courier pickup or guide you through the inspection process.
4. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly.
